This rule is an overpower rule. The following staff members get to have an overall say. Lets say someone scores Yugi Dorm worthy, but I don't feel like they are ready, I can overpower the test records and keep them in Yuma. The following members that have this ability are. Bacon Saver ! ! Weevil Underwood Mr. Alexio Charlotte Great-Key-Overlord If this rule is used, they keep there one free test.
